HRVB

HRVB, or Heartrate Variability Biofeedback, is used to treat a variety of disorders as well as enhance athletic performance. Abnormally low HRV can result in low susceptibility to stress and is associated with both physical and emotional disorders, such as heart disease, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, and more. HRVB training helps individuals to manage stress. By regulating and optimizing their HRV, patients can control their stress levels and reduce the number or severity of either the mental or physical disorders they face.
